Constantly striving in continuing educational courses and her desire to pass on learned education is what sets her apart from other permanent make up technicians. Josalyn Williams has been in the beauty industry with more than 16 yrs of cosmetology experience as a licensed Cosmetologist. With her life long passion in helping others achieve the look they desire, she expanded her interest to study and become a Micro- pigmentation Specialist, achieving a license for tattooing by the State of Hawaii and certified by The Hawaii Academy of Permanent Cosmetics. Josalyn aims to deliver the most exceptional customer service, permanent make up skills and expertise while upholding the highest standard of quality and care for each of her clients.

Joelle's niche in Micro-Pigmentation developed when she integrated her passion for wellness and health, her knack for drawing and her wish to help people feel more beautiful. She graduated from the Hawaii Academy of Permanent Cosmetics and is a Licensed tattoo artist and Esthetician in the State of Hawaii. She also earned a BA in Public Relations and Marketing in 2001 from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. Joelle consults with her clients before each procedure, actively listening to their esthetic goals and concerns. She takes special care to educate them of what to expect before, during and post procedure and to help them feel more comfortable with their choice before moving forward. With a penchant for detail and quality work, Joelle's mission is to safely and effectively achieve the look her clients desire.
